Turmeric Golden Milk Recipe:
- Ground turmeric (1 teaspoon)
- Fresh ground ginger (1/4 teaspoon)
- Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Pinch of black pepper
- Raw honey (1 tablespoon)
- Coconut oil (1 teaspoon)
- 2 cups of almond milk
